FutureFit Pathways ("we", "our", or "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

Account information: Your email address and password (encrypted) when you create an account. If you sign up with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

Profile data: Information you provide during onboarding, including your name, education stage, career goal, industries of interest, AI comfort level, and preferred work styles.

Assessment data: Your FutureFit Assessment answers, scores, readiness level, strengths, and growth areas.

Activity data: Skill modules you complete, careers you save, weekly goals you set, and feedback you submit.

Subscription data: If you purchase FutureFit Plus, we store your plan type, subscription status, platform (iOS/Android), and renewal status. Subscription billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not store your payment card details.

Resume and interview data: If you use the Resume Builder or Interview Prep tools (FutureFit Plus features), the content you create — resume entries and saved interview answers — is stored in your account.

How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account, personalize your experience, calculate your FutureFit Score, recommend skill modules and careers, and improve the app based on your feedback.

Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Your information is not shared with third parties for advertising. We use secure cloud infrastructure to store your data. If you use Google sign-in, Google handles that authentication separately under Google's privacy policy.

Data Security
Your password is encrypted. Your data is stored securely and accessible only to you through your authenticated account. Each user can only see their own profile, assessment results, saved careers, and feedback.

Your Rights
You can view and edit your profile information at any time from the Profile page. You can delete all your data — including your profile, assessment results, saved careers, resume entries, interview answers, and feedback — by using the Delete Account option in your Profile.

If you have a FutureFit Plus subscription, you can manage or cancel it through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Children's Privacy
FutureFit Pathways is intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app with an updated date.
